As of April 2026, I am planning for and seeking a practice location in Argao. I thought of working part time in Cebu City, but that idea must wait. For the present time I work in a corner of the SPRICE Cafe across the street from Wilkris Appliance store.

Requested Donation per visit is P500. The visit runs about 25 minutes. If I must open in or near Cebu City it will be higher but for a start in Argao this donation has been suggested and I’m going to try it. Some want to donate more and I’m thankful for this. My prayers are with you.

For the present time, I go from Carcar to Argao when patients request my help. You must set an appointment and I will confirm it in a reply. The best link for that is SteveNewdell.massage@gmail.com

Argao is a lovely beach side community of approximately 70,000.

My work schedule will change based upon the general requests of patients. If several want to visit me from Cebu City on weekends, I will alter my schedule to accommodate. Saturday and Sunday are available if several want to see me on those days.  Please let me know what days are best for you via email SteveNewdell.massage@gmail.com/

I will have an appointment scheduler soon At This Page allowing you to set your appointment, just like setting a hotel reservation. My web technician is working on this now.

The present first “getting started” location is across the street from Wilkris Appliance store at SPRICE Cafe. The stated address is: Dr. T. S. Kinatanar St. Poblacion, Argao, Philippines, 6021.  Later I might work in Cebu or Naga and Argao part of each week. When you get off a bus in Argao, tricycle drivers will help and they know the Wilkris location.

HOW TO GET HERE: From Cebu by bus start at the “South Terminal.” Guards and a ticket office are there to help you.

The bus stop is a bit beyond McDonalds and Guizano Grand Mall. Starting from the bus stop on the national highway; ride north past McDonalds and take the first left turn, ride about 3 blocks. Wilkris is on your left SPRICE Cafe is on your right. Sprice is a great open air cafe run by Chef’s who Love to Cook!

I’ll be found there until I find a  permanent location in a cottage.

I take approximately 10 patients per day so please set an appointment.

If you still don’t see the location we have now across from Wilkris Appliance store, call Joni; 09 1574 73438 or husband Marc 09 9120 16513. They can help you, AND cook up a very pleasant lunch too! They speak Cebuano.

Presently the recommended donation is P500 per visit. Visits run about a half hour each time. Dress casually please, something like the photo below. or just shorts and a cotton tea shirt. If I work in Cebu the donation request will be more because I’ll have to pay a higher price for transportation, hotel room, and rent for a location. I do what I can to be conveniently available. and maintain excellent work at a reasonable price.

A cotton common T-shirt and loose jeans or something soft like sweat slacks works well.  Please do not wear slippery polyester. Patients remain dressed through the entire visit.

In case you missed what I wrote; I want to say again, I am an authentic Chiropractor. I graduated from the Nationally Accredited:  “Palmer College of Chiropractic” in Davenport, Iowa, USA in March of 1977. See qualifications certificates here.

It was serious, rigorous study similar to medical college. Entry requires a 4-year degree in something related to one of the health care sciences. I hold a BS in Human Physiology, getting most of the credits at the State University of New York, and was invited to enter SUNY Medical college if I wanted it. I decided I wanted natural healing instead of pharmaceutical style health care. I finished the BS degree in Davenport, Iowa with more concentration on Orthopedics (joint structure, bone disease, and broken bones.)

The minimum entry requirement to all accredited Chiropractic colleges in the US is a BS degree in something related to health-care. Chiropractic college requires another 4-years.  I was licensed in Washington State and worked in practice there until I observed my 50th birthday.

There are a few others advertising, claiming to be Chiropractors. I don’t know exactly what they are, because they don’t show qualifications and I suspect they have never passed through the doors of a Chiropractic college in the United States of America, England, Europe or Australia. (There are a few Chiropractic Colleges outside the USA. You can check Google Artificial Intelligence to see their reference information.)

Your first visit will begin with a quick discussion about your health history, particularly asking about broken bones or bone disease, car crashes and other traumatic accidents.

X-Rays are only necessary if there was a serious bone disease or trauma complicating the issues. If you have a printed report from analysis of a previous x-ray photo, bring it with you. i can read it and make my own notes.  I can work with you, if you’ve been through one of these rare occurrences. We’ll begin to care for you immediately after that short conversation.

My technique is relatively gentle because I work to get muscles balanced first. Muscles hold joints in their proper position. I do not seek for endless repeat visits. I find the problem and the SOURCE of the problem, and do what your body indicates is needed. This technique has proven to be very successful, and over a span of more then 25 years and about 4,500 patient visits per year, there has never been an injury. No one has ever been hurt in my office. Most patients get up and walk around a bit and say they feel much better. Young people generally need one visit after a rough soccer game or something like a motorcycle accident.  “Adults” may be advised to visit more often until they reach the point where they are comfortable calling to visit whenever they feel they need it.

Young athletes report  there is no soreness or faster recovery if they are massaged after strenuous exercise. I can be available for that too. Again; There is no need to disrobe.

I don’t work with health insurance. I don’t bill anyone, and I don’t hand out a schedule of required visits. I’ll tell you what I recommend and you will do whatever you think is best for yourself thereafter.

Be wise about this. Don’t drop your nervous system into the hands of charlatans who might be unqualified and simply purchased some physical therapy modality equipment but truthfully are unwilling and unable to adjust the spine properly. If the practitioner is unqualified and cannot show you a degree from a Chiropractic College, he is NOT a Chiropractor!

I have taught seminars, and college classes, in both Chiropractic College and in Massage schools. When you come to me you’ll be visiting a well trained and experienced, licensed Doctor of Chiropractic with over 51-years of experience, and we estimate over 100,000 patient visits.

Thanks for reading this. God Bless You.
