Washington State License To Practice, Doctorate Degree,
X-Ray Proficiency Certificates.
Compare this information to others in Cebu. I work at a suggested DONATION of P500 per visit. Read all you can, speak to my patients, make a decision.

This is a qualifications page for readers who would like assurance that I’m truthful. There were many more certificates, as you’ll find with many doctors who take additional courses and continuing education seminars, but we need not belabor the point. You can rest assured, I’m not a lunatic out of the shadows. These are from the year 1977, very old photos shot through plastic covers with a cell phone. They are a bit discolored, and twisted as some of the plastic covers were not quite flat when photographed, but they’re authentic….and so am I.
I thought I was retired, but US and world politics make me uncertain about how I’ll survive if there’s even more trouble in the USA, so I’m back in practice.
I still love to help friends and neighboring kids in the local soccer team. I like their visits, and I’m happy to see them and their mothers come along to watch me work. Now I’m opening a small practice in Argao, based on recommendations from relatives and friends. I combine Massage with Chiropractic. Patients remain dressed. I’ll see approximately 12 patients each visit day Monday – Friday, by appointment. Please call me or my assistant for an appointment.

Bachelor of Sciences, Human Physiology

In the year 1895 Danial David Palmer wrote and published a thesis about moving the spine back into position by hand. He had done some experimenting and had good results, and began teaching in 1897. His Son B.J. learned and began teaching in 1901 and continued the development of Palmer School of Chiropractic in 1902. The school was the first and only one of it’s kind for several years. Today is is called “The Fountain Head” and the Harvard of Chiropractic Colleges. B.J. Palmer ran the Palmer School of Chiropractic from 1902 until his death in 1961. His son continued running the college for several more years. Today there are 18 Accredited Chiropractic Colleges in the USA. David Daniel Palmer, son of B.J. Palmer, retired as president of Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1978, I was going to college there, when David Daniel retired and finally passed away. I was taught by some of the old men who knew B.J. and David Palmer. I have no doubt that I could have remained in that community, and been a practicing and teaching Chiropractic doctor as several others had done.
Massage School in Chicago
I had my first lessons learning massage in the sumer of 1962 at age 12, and then started reading my sister’s nursing college text books at age 14. I wanted to know if I had a mind for the study, and at age 20 attended classes in physiology at the State University of New York Stonybook Campus, auditing physiology classes, and then taking classes for credit. That University has a highly regarded medical college there. I was in the Pre-Med classes for Physiology study. It was all easy for me to learn. Those credits were noted at massage school and later at Palmer College of Chiropractic. When I got near the end of the schooling for Chiropractic I asked if I had enough credits to have a completed BS degree in physiology and they wrote back saying, Yes I did have, and they printed a BS degree certificate and sent it to me.
The massage teacher in Davenport was also attending Palmer and getting her Chiropractic Doctorate degree.
The Chicago School of Massage was my second massage school. I was teaching and studying there. It was a great experience. The picture is tilted from the twisted plastic cover and from my attempt to crop it online.

Doctorate Degree

X-Ray Proficiency Certificate.

Chiropractic Orthopedics

This is an updated copy of the original certificate as proof that I attended the seminar series. The original was printed gold letters on a black plastic plaque, which was insufficiently durable. The seminar series had nothing to do with graduation or licensing. Actually the course was very good for me. The first doctor I worked with as an associate looked to me for more advice about X-Rays. He was impressed that I had learned so much. It was my habit to study obsessively.
I have shown this to you for your comparison. Many people claim to be Chiropractors outside of the USA. They spring up like weeds in the Philippines, and I have seen one on YouTube video in Russia. He is not a Chiropractor. He is a Russian Bone Setter from techniques taught also about 100 years ago. There are probably many others in Europe and almost none of them will prove their qualifications. This gives me pause to consider who and what they really are, and what they are doing. You’ll know at least this much. If you come to see me you’ll see the certificates, I won’t be firing various electrical waves through your skin, and my requested donation is lower than what Cebu “chiropractors” charge.
